Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the KidsTop mobile app and website (the “Service”), operated by Alchematek sarl (Lebanon) (“KidsTop”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a parent or legal guardian to create an account. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. What KidsTop is
KidsTop is a discovery and planning platform that helps families find playgrounds, activities and lessons. Venues and activities are operated by independent third parties and, in some cases, listed from public directories. KidsTop does not own, operate, or control listed venues and is not responsible for their services, pricing, availability, safety, or conduct. Always verify details directly with the venue.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account).
4. Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Do not misuse, interfere with, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Do not scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content or data.
- Do not post content that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, infringing, or that impersonates others.
- Reviews must reflect your genuine, first-hand experience.
5. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit (such as reviews). You grant KidsTop a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute that content within the Service. You are responsible for your content and represent that you have the rights to share it. We may review, moderate, or remove content that violates these Terms.
6. Safety & supervision
You are solely responsible for the supervision and safety of your children at all times, including at any venue you find through the Service. KidsTop does not provide childcare and makes no guarantees about the safety or suitability of any venue or activity.
7. Third-party services
The Service uses third-party sign-in (Google, Apple) and infrastructure (Google Cloud / Firebase). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that venue information is complete or accurate.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KidsTop and Alchematek sarl will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service or any venue or activity found through it.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold KidsTop and Alchematek sarl harmless from claims and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We will update the “Last updated” date above.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lebanon for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
